Our Peer Networking Series is a fantastic opportunity for women in business to connect, learn, and work together. This series is designed to support you whether you're just starting out or have been trading for a few years. With two in-person sessions and one online, each workshop focuses on a different theme, helping you build valuable connections and actionable insights for your business.

Session 1: Focus on Finance (Online)
Date: 20th February 2025
Join us online to explore the world of finance and investment. You’ll gain an understanding of different finance options, how they fit your business, and demystify financial jargon. Even if you don’t plan on seeking external finance now, this session will give you the confidence to navigate the business world and make informed decisions.

Session 2: Let’s Do Business (In Person, Mallusk)
Date: 12th March 2025
This session offers a chance to chat with other women about the challenges and opportunities in the early stages of business. With input from an experienced facilitator, you’ll discuss the issues you're facing, prioritize your goals, and get valuable insights into how to stand out and reach your customers.

Session 3: Keeping on Target (In Person, Mallusk)
Date: 20th March 2025
Time to take action! We’ll help you create a “Strategy on a Page” to focus on the key elements of your business. You’ll leave with a clear, actionable plan and a renewed sense of purpose. This session is all about keeping you accountable and ensuring you’re set up for success.

Show Up with Purpose

Your business starts with you! This online session will help you become confident and purposeful in every interaction with customers, partners, and investors. You’ll develop your unique value proposition and learn how to pitch your business in just one sentence.

Date: 24th February 2025

Content includes:

Crafting your value proposition for networking and client interactions
Pitching and presentation skills that will make a strong first impression
Networking tips to help you build and engage with your network

This practical session is designed to boost your confidence and ensure you show up as the face of your business, whether online, in person, or in any networking situation.

Get Set to Thrive

Building Confidence and Resilience in Business
Success in business starts with a growth mindset. In this in-person workshop, we’ll focus on developing the mindset and resilience you need to thrive. You’ll learn how to overcome fears, handle challenges, and turn setbacks into opportunities.

Date: 4th March 2025

What you’ll learn:

How to embrace a growth mindset and stay resilient
Practical tools to tackle imposter syndrome and negative thinking
Strategies to stay action-focused and keep moving forward

This session is perfect for anyone looking to overcome challenges and embrace the entrepreneurial journey with confidence.
