Ulster University delivering Help to Grow Training Programme

Ulster University Business School are delighted to be delivering the Help to Grow: Management course.
This is a practical leadership and management training programme designed to help SMEs boost their business performance, resilience and long-term growth. It provides an excellent opportunity for SMEs to access a unique executive development programme in Northern Ireland.
Developed by the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial strategy the course is designed to be undertaken alongside full-time work through a combination of online and face-to-face sessions. The programme duration is 12 weeks and 50 hours time commitment.
The practically focused, high quality curriculum supports SMEs to build capabilities in leadership, innovation, digital adoption, employee engagement, marketing, responsible business and financial management. By the end of the programme SMEs will develop a business growth plan, supported by dedicated programme mentors, to lead their business to release its full potential.
The programme is 90% subsidised by the government and is open to SMEs who have been in operation for at least one year with a minimum of 5 and maximum of 249 employees. The programme is suitable for SMEs across all sectors and industries.
Ulster University Business School will be delivering this programme across the region taking advantage of their multi-campus locations with a cohort delivered in Belfast, Coleraine/Causeway/North Coast and the NW – with a view to increasing these as driven by demand.
