Did you know that as a business you are required by law to complete a Fire Risk Assessment? If you haven't done this yet, Aviva Risk Management Solutions (ARMS) can help you. Our Fire Risk Assessment service is a cost effective way of getting an assessment completed. So, rather than facing more red tape let ARMS provide you with a simple solution.

Why is this a must for you?
Well, not only will this help reduce the risk of you having a fire and satisfy the moral duty you have to your employees, but it also meets your legal obligation. Fire Risk Assessments have been a legal requirement in Northern Ireland since the Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations (NI) 2001, soon to be superseded by the Fire Safety (NI) Regulations but as research shows many are failing to meet this legal requirement.
40% of premises inspected by the Fire & Rescue Service* were found to be unsatisfactory.

How can we help you?
A local member of the ARMS team, Julie Foy will visit your premises to conduct a Fire Risk Assessment and the findings will be summarised in a formal document. This will provide you with advice about how any shortfalls can be put right and will demonstrate to the Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service that a "suitable and sufficient" assessment has taken place.
