Tell us about your role and your organisation.
I founded Beecome More, which offers online Leadership and Sales programmes for busy professionals who want to learn and grow in a convenient way. The weekly sessions are delivered live online in 60 minutes, providing maximum impact in minimum time. We focus on behaviours, processes, and mindset to enhance performance, transform talent, and ensure success. We show individuals and companies how to achieve their goals and deliver positive results. We have an online platform where clients can access lessons and additional resources. I am passionate about lifelong learning and high performance.

Give us a brief overview of your career journey so far.
I have had a wonderful career successfully leading Sales & Marketing teams for over 20 years, in a variety of sectors including Construction, Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Communications. I have worked in Senior Leadership and Director-level positions for 15 years, including 6 years as a Board Director and 10 years as a non-Executive Director. I also lectured for 2 years in the CIPD qualification. This year, I officially launched my own company, Beecome More, which I am super excited about.

What is one skill that helps you most in your role?
Mindset

What advice do you have for women in your sector?
Have a positive attitude; believe in yourself; take consistent action every day; and finally, dream big and never give up.

Are there any exciting plans in the year ahead in your organisation that you can share with us?
I will be launching new programmes later this year, one of which will be a marketing programme.

Who has been your biggest career inspiration and why?
Kelly Holmes is such an inspiration. I have been privileged to hear her speak at a couple of events, and her drive, determination, and passion shine through. She is also relatable and real, which I love. A true legend.
