MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to foster a healthy workplace culture where employees feel empowered to recognise and address mental health challenges.
As Mental Health Awareness Week approaches in May, we’re offering a range of customised to accredited packages, tailored to support the unique needs of every team.
We provide mental health education services, specialising in suicide prevention, mental health awareness and workplace wellbeing. We have worked with various organisations across Northern Ireland to create supportive and resilient workplace environments.
Our experienced team of mental health professionals delivers an evidence-based suicide awareness workshop, training that encourages initiative-taking mental health management, sessions on managing stress and burnout, improving sleep and coping with anxiety, plus complementary therapies and
one-to-one sessions during site visits.
We also offer advanced training to enhance the skills of current mental health champions, as well as introductory training for employees interested in becoming mental health
champions.
For further information please have a look at our workshops.
