Taking Action, Telling Your Story

If you’re looking for inspiration and guidance on where to start and how to tell your climate action story, Danske Bank invite you to join them and their expert panel at Larchfield Estate on Wednesday 13th September.
This will be the final episode in the Getting ahead on your road to net zero series:
Episode Three | 'Taking Action, Telling Your Story' will feature two presentation and panel sessions and will be hosted by Jamie Delargy. The first session will showcase two local businesses who have started on their climate journey and will discuss the challenges and opportunities they've encountered. The second session will feature subject matter experts who will discuss how to tell your climate action story in a transparent and engaging way, adhering to the 'Green Claims Code' and avoiding 'Greenwashing'.
The featured businesses are Larchfield Estate (Gavin Mackie, Joint Owner presenting) and Smiley Monroe (Tim Monroe, Chief Marketing Officer presenting) and they will be joined by Emma-louise Kells, Environmental Advisory Manager at Business In The Community NI.
The subject matter experts for the second session are; Cecilia Parker Aranha, Director of Consumer Protection at the Competition and Markets Authority, Danielle McCormick, Founder & Chair at All Ireland Sustainability and Catherine Duggan, Sustainability Manager at Grant Thornton.
Breakfast will be served from 8.45-9.30am. There will be the opportunity to speak to the featured businesses and experts afterwards, network and take a tour of Larchfield's sustainability initiatives.
