Procurement Development Programme
The Procurement Development Programme aims to support participant companies in developing the skills and knowledge required to compete for public sector and large private sector work through the process of tendering.

•4 Capacity Building Workshops
•One-to-One Procurement Audit undertaken by a procurement specialist
•One-to-One Tendering
Consultancy Support
•Tender Action Plan
•Tender Prospecting Support
•Signposting
Who should participate?
To be eligible you must be:
• An owner/senior manager of small / medium sized private sector business or a social economy business.
• Based in one of the participating Council areas.
• Able to commit to all aspects of the programme.
Interested?
The programme will be delivered across 4 waves and we are recruiting 60 businesses
in total across the 7 council areas. If you’re a small business based in Antrim Borough
Council, Ballymena Borough Council, Carrickfergus Borough Council, Coleraine
Borough Council, Larne Borough Council, Moyle District Council or Newtownabbey
Borough Council, and wish to hear more or would like an application form, please
