Meet Victoria Connery, Photographer and  Female Personal Branding Specialist at  Accelerator Productions


Tell us about your role and your organisation.
I am a female personal branding specialist, I help female brand owners stand out in their market through eye catching imagery. I help female brand owners become confident to shout about their brand on the roof tops and get comfortable using social media.
 

Give us a brief overview of your career journey so far.
My journey began 5 years ago, when I became a behind the scenes photographer and editor for a fitness photographer. Seeing that there was no female fitness photographer I stepped into that role three years ago, within two years I became Irelands leading fitness photographer at the age of 23. 
I knew my role wasn’t stopping there, I wanted to help female brand owners stand out. Coming from a male dominated industry I know all too well what it is like to get my voice heard in an overcrowded market. 

That is when The Brand booster was created. A photography package that helps female brand owners reach their brand vision. 

It not just a photoshoot- it is an experience. 

You are not just given your images, you are guided on how to use them to help you stay consistent to allow your brand vision come to life 

What advice do you have for women in your sector/industry/type of role? 
Compare yourself to no one. No one can be you, now go me you and let the world embrace it!

Are there any exciting plans in the year ahead in your organisation that you can share with us?

Who has been your biggest career inspiration and why?
I don’t tend to look around me at other creators, doesn’t serve me or my business. But my business mentor Phil Graham is my biggest inspiration. The way he thinks, the way he acts.
