Heather proudly wears the label of a serial entrepreneur, having successfully launched three businesses, including her current venture, "Kill It With Quizzes." She is an enthusiastic advocate for supporting women fulfil their business dreams, drawing inspiration from the rollercoaster of her own entrepreneurial journey! Olga McAteer is the Founder of McAteer Solutions Ltd, bringing over 30 years of expertise in the construction industry and a wealth of knowledge across Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Lettings, Property Management, Machinery Sales, and bespoke Recruitment services. She is also a skilled consultant in Business Planning, Construction Management, Leadership and Sales Training, Business Development, and Change Management. An accomplished entrepreneur with an MBA from the University of Ulster, Olga has built a thriving estate agency, specialising in property sales and management throughout Northern Ireland. From her first office in Dungiven, she has expanded to Toomebridge and Belfast within five years, cementing the agency's position as one of Mid-Ulster's fastest-growing. A mother of five, Olga balances family life with ambitious plans for business growth. She is also a proud participant in the Women in Business Growth NI Programme.
