Joe is a partner and consultant with Training & Learning Solutions where he helped design and co-facilitate the Lead Together allyship programme. He has a rich background in IT with over 20 years’ technology leadership experience. Over the past 10 years Joe has taken his focus to leadership development, recently leading the L&D strategy for Allstate NI.

Adam Martin

Adam Martin

Membership Coordinator at Women in Business

Adam has over 15 years’ experience in Client Support roles, most recently within the motor trade industry for the last nine years, and previously within the telecommunications industry, gaining experience and multiple certifications in providing excellence along the way. He believes that an upbeat “can do” attitude is essential to providing a positive experience for our members. He strongly believes in diversity, empowerment, and equality for all, and is delighted to have joined our team with the aim to positively impact all our members.
