Having been actively engaged in the field of learning and development for over 20 years, Sandra is a highly professional and experienced Learning & Development Consultant who co-ordinates and project manages learning solutions to support the wider business strategy of her clients. She works across sectors and industries both locally in Northern Ireland and globally including global delivery of female development programmes.

Adam Martin

Membership Coordinator at Women in Business

Adam has over 15 years’ experience in Client Support roles, most recently within the motor trade industry for the last nine years, and previously within the telecommunications industry, gaining experience and multiple certifications in providing excellence along the way. He believes that an upbeat “can do” attitude is essential to providing a positive experience for our members. He strongly believes in diversity, empowerment, and equality for all, and is delighted to have joined our team with the aim to positively impact all our members.
