Jennifer Neff was born in Derry and co-founded, built and sold the healthcare technology company, Elemental Software to The Access Group in 2021, the largest UK headquartered software provider. Jennifer and Leeann Monk launched Elemental Software at the NHS Expo in 2016 with the key motivation to halt avoidable health inequalities. Their cloud-based platform is used by over 20,000 million people across the 3rd sector, housing, education and NHS health and social care across Wales, Scotland, England and NI, and more recently Australia, as a prevention solution to maximise the uptake and impact of the social prescribing model of care. In July 2024, Jennifer was named Tech UK's President's Award winner and is now the Entrepreneur in Residence at The Amp Growth Incubator and Founder Labs, empowering and supporting start-up and scale-up businesses to launch and scale. As FinTrU’s Chief Technology Officer, Emma is responsible for the company’s Global Product and Technology Strategy including Product Development and oversight of R&D activities. She also leads FinTrU’s Internal Technology delivery to support the company’s rapid expansion across its network of global offices. Emma is passionate about diversity and inclusion, and has supported Women in Tech and STEM careers through FinTrU’s corporate partnership with Women in Business Northern Ireland. She is a member of FinTrU’s Executive Committee.
