We will explore work-life balance and flexible working in professional services and what company culture might mean for legal, accountancy and consulting services.

Who is this event for?
Whether you work in the legal department of a corporate company, have a role within a small-scale consultancy or work for yourself as an accountant, both Women in Business members and non-members are welcome to join this online event.
At age 28, Catherine is a Manager at Hill Vellacott Chartered Accountants, working within the Corporate Finance and Transactional team. A seasoned professional, Catherine qualified as an Accounting Technician in 2016, a Chartered Accountant in 2020, and a Tax Technician in 2022. Most recently, Catherine completed a Diploma in Corporate Finance with Chartered Accountants Ireland in 2023, showcasing a commitment to continuous professional development and expertise in the field. In her role, Catherine works with both start-ups and mature companies at various stages of their business life cycle, helping them achieve their financial and strategic goals. From companies seeking expansion and growth, to those planning for shareholder exit. Catherine provides expertise in exit plans, sales, mergers, and acquisitions as well as the development of strategies and projections for growth and assisting with fundraising efforts. Catherine holds committee positions in a number of local bodies, namely within; Women in Business NI’s Young Women’s Network, Chartered Accountants Ireland Ulster Society and Chartered Accountants Ireland’s Young Professional Group.
