Vicki Causer, founder of Real.Strong.Women is a Women’s Pelvic Health & Movement Coach specialising in female-focused solutions to health, fitness & wellbeing. Working with women to take them from uncertainty about their body, to having the confidence and freedom to explore movement and do whatever activity that makes them happy! With numerous challenges across a lifetime for women- from pregnancy to post natal; menstrual cycles to menopause; exercise can be a super power if used in the right way. Understanding what type of exercise, when and why, and how it interlinks with the rest of our health and wellbeing, can support us in a long and healthy life; working to support our pelvic health, bone health, heart health, and brain health to name a few Vicki has two gorgeous small people who are the reason she started this work after their birth left her body in a very different state! Vicki loves to educate girls and women about their body and is slightly fanatical about knowing the difference between a vulva and a vagina!
