Carla Doherty

Carla Doherty

Creator& Founder of Wild Flow Co

Creator + Founder of Wild Flow Co, Carla Doherty, is a Menstrual Coach and Educator working with women in groups, workshops, talks and on a one to one basis. Carla is a trauma-informed yoga teacher and so a huge part of her work involves guiding women to listen to the intelligence of their own bodies, above all else. Stress management and prioritising rest are a key part of Carla's teachings, something that she struggled with her entire life. Wild Flow Co's menstrual education work is about teaching women how to track their cycles, why it's important, how to listen to their bodies, managing PMS, when rest is important in the cycle, building a support network of "co-menstruators" and finding balance in their daily lives.
