CEO & Founder of The Menopause Hub

Loretta has pioneered menopause in Ireland. She is an award-winning Marketer of the Year, Women's Health CEO of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year runner up in the Image Businesswoman Awards, and HI HI FemTech 2023 Winner. She opened the doors to The Menopause Hub, Ireland's first and only dedicated menopause clinic in January 2019. The Menopause Hub, is a centre of excellence for menopause, with two clinics in Dublin and a third in Cork. Loretta is a passionate advocate for menopausal women, smashing the taboo and striving to make menopause mainstream. She has also developed a CPD accredited programme to support organisations with menopause in the workplace awareness and education training, and policy development and hosts the Menopause Friendly Workplace Awards in partnership with Great Place to Work. She has had a lengthy and highly successful career working for many multinational, global businesses including; Mars Inc, Diageo plc, Kerry Group plc and Ardagh Group.

Denise is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 35 years of experience in leadership development, organisational development, and employee wellness. Throughout her career in both private and public sector, Denise has been instrumental in shaping inclusive workplace policies and fostering supportive environments that prioritize the well-being of employees. Denise’s commitment to these areas extends beyond her professional role. In personally navigating the challenges of menopause, she is passionately dedicated to breaking the stigma and silence surrounding this natural phase of life. Her firsthand experience provides her with unique insights into the physical, emotional, and professional impacts of menopause. As an advocate for menopause awareness, Denise, in her last public sector role led on the creation and launch of a Menopause policy with the clear aim to educate both employees and management, whatever their gender, on the importance of supporting menopausal employees. Denise holds a Master’s degree in strategic Personnel & Development, is a Chartered member of CIPD and ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and Mentor. Denise looks forward to sharing her knowledge and experiences and contribute to an informed and supportive dialogue on this important topic.

Dr Andrea Latimer is an Occupational Health Doctor and Primary Care women's health specialist, and is a British Menopause Society (BMS) accredited Menopause Specialist. With over 20 years experience working in Primary Care and General Practice, Andrea has a clear understanding of managing the wide range of health issues women face throughout the life stages, including perimenopause and menopause. Andrea is passionate about improving access to high quality, evidence-based healthcare information to empower women to look after their health and maintain healthy longevity. Within her portfolio role, Andrea is an experienced Occupational Health Doctor and trainer with a strong focus on holistic care and women's health in the workplace. Her clinical background and expertise means that she is ideally placed to support both employers and employees around the challenges faced when navigating the impact of menopause on individuals and workplaces.
