Collette Kelly has over 30 years’ experience in Customer Service/Experience/Management within Retail/Telecoms and Finance Industries. Colette is a graduate from Queens University with a BSSC honours degree in Psychology and Politics and Postgraduate in Business Management. Collette has been a member of Woman in Business from 2012 and is passionate about providing women with the support, skills, and connections they need to start and grow a business or achieve success in their careers. Collette has joined WIB as Head of Membership and with over 10,000 members Collette wants to grow the network expanding to all Business Sectors. Collette was voted Young Manager of the Year in 1993 with Department of Trade and Investment and in 2022 was a finalist in Woman in Sales Europe.

Lesley Miller is an experienced leader in business growth and strategy, specialising in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (EDI). With a background as a leader in Tech, Finance and Business Growth Lesley cemented her belief that EDI benefits both employees and businesses. By building diverse teams we build diverse viewpoints and experience leading to better business outcomes, making companies more attractive to potential employees, higher employee retention and increased profits. Over Lesley’s 40-year career she gained experience in Tech, Finance, Manufacturing and the Service Sectors across a range of organisations, most recently 20+ years in Allstate Northern Ireland, before retiring at the end of 2023. Lesley then joined Diversity Mark as Strategic Project Lead in Q2 2024.
