Leanne White is a social media strategist & mentor who supports service-based business owners to grow the visibility of their brand online with manageable marketing strategies so they can gain clarity, show up confidently and connect with the clients they love working with, to sell their expertise online With a personalised approach tailored to each client, she helps them learn how to promote themselves online, establish marketing foundations, and implement systems that reduce the overwhelm so they can focus on what they do best or the things they enjoy outside of the business Having worked professionally for over 25 years within the Construction Industry, Leanne has always enjoyed working alongside successful women who have become recognised as experts in their field, despite it being a predominantly male dominated sector. Using her own vast array of expertise and a growing passion for social media coupled with this desire to always champion others to be seen & stand out as the expert they know they are - she further upskilled her knowledge & subsequently formed her own marketing consultancy Be Digital Be Online. She now uses her own journey to inspire & guide others to show up authentically & promote their business so they are proud to show it off online

Cara O’Kane – Finance Director at River Ridge from December 2020, 20 years’ experience in manufacturing sector previously. Mum of two teenagers, two dogs and a horse. CIMA qualified for over 25 years. Completed MBA early in my career, currently undertaking IOD certificate in Company Direction as part of my Chartered Directorship journey, I am the lucky recipient of the IOD scholarship award in 2024. I love to learn and over the years have gained qualifications in Coaching and Mentoring, Health and Safety and even completed my Class 2 HGV licence last year. You will always find me plugged into audible listening to a business book or autobiography, mostly this is probably driven my housework avoidance. Life is busy and often challenging, focusing on a bit more self-care is my goal for FY2025.

Anne Morrison

Leadership Coach & Mentor

Anne has always had a passion for entrepreneurship . In 1995 she launched her first business , delivering admin solutions to small local businesses. She then transitioned into education, spending 25 years teaching Business to Further and Higher Education students but still championing entrepreneurship. Her efforts were instrumental in creating Northern Ireland’s first FE Entrepreneurship Hub, which she managed with dedication and vision for a number of years prior to pivoting to her next role. Today, Anne is a dynamic leadership coach, empowering individuals and organizations to develop essential skills for leading teams and driving growth. She is also an associate business advisor, offering mentoring to businesses at all stages. A firm believer in lifelong learning, Anne embraces every day as a new opportunity to grow, learn, and live life to its fullest.
