Tina O'Hagan, originally from Mid Ulster, Northern Ireland, has spent the past seven years living and working between Northern Ireland and Australia. She is the owner of two businesses: a Foodservice Design & Food Waste Consultancy (www.tinaohagan.com.au) and a Sales Training, Business Mentoring, and Coaching Consultancy (www.tinaohagan.com). With over 35 years of experience, particularly in sales, marketing, and B2B business development, Tina specializes in new business development, particularly within the Hospitality and Food Industry. She has mastered the sales cycle, honed her selling and people skills, and built strong relationships based on respect, integrity, inclusion, and diversity. Tina’s expertise in diagnosing business challenges and offering customized solutions has played a pivotal role in her success. Through her food service consultancy, she adopts a holistic and collaborative approach, helping businesses not only grow but also build positive company cultures. She empowers individuals to rethink their practices, fostering sustainability within their operations.
Margaret Taggart graduated with a MEng degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Queen’s University Belfast in 2019. After obtaining a scholarship with NIE Networks she has worked in various roles across the company developing her professional knowledge, technical skills and personal experience along the way. Margaret is a Transmission Design Engineer focusing on Primary Plant and Protection helping to deliver a sustainable energy system for all. Alongside her role Margaret is involved in several initiatives within NIE Networks helping to promote diversity and inclusion as well as outreach programmes encouraging students to pursue STEM career pathways. She is also part of the Women In Business Young Women’s Network, Chair of the IET Northern Ireland Young Professional’s and active in the IET NI Local Network where she has built strong connections over the years collaborating with organisations, academia and other professional bodies. She was recognised for her work in this area in the Northern Ireland 30 Under 30 List in 2024.
