Olga McAteer is the owner and founder of McAteer Solutions. Leaning from 25-years experience in the construction industry. Olga has been able to create and build a successful estate agency practice, which specialises in Residential & Commercial Sales and Letting with property management across NI. The business has now 3 branches. The first office was established in Dungiven, with expansion into Toomebridge and Belfast. The 3 offices where all opened within a 5 year period. Olga is a busy working mother of 5 children. She is has grown the business in the last 5 years from very humble beginnings and is now becoming one of NI’s fastest growing estate agency practices across Mid-Ulster. Her plans for growth over the next 2-10 years is currently underway. Olga is currently one of 15 ladies on the Women In Business Growth Programme.
Aisling Bremner is the founder of Wild & Free, a sustainable luxury outerwear brand, famous for the COBE, the first luxury waterproof coat and changing robe in one, known as the stylish outdoor robe for everyday wear. Aisling founded Wild & Free after a 20+ year corporate career in marketing and brand strategy, bringing together her love for brands and wellbeing, following a long-held ambition to create her own brand. Wild & Free is an ecommerce D2C brand and Aisling is on a journey to expand the brand across the island of Ireland and GB with a goal to make luxury outerwear more accessible and to include a wider choice of versatile outerwear including elegant raincoats, gilets and puffa coats.
