Emma Garrett, Chief Executive of Mallusk Enterprise Park is highly experienced in enterprise, change management and facilities management. Emma is passionate about all things enterprise related and has been working within the sector in Northern Ireland for over 20 years as a Business Adviser, mentor, trainer and now as CEO of a proactive local enterprise agency. An award-winning Business Adviser she has worked with entrepreneurs across multiple sectors; primarily with start-up companies, SME's and social enterprises. She is currently leading the Business Development and Property team in Mallusk Enterprise Park, Newtownabbey and has recently launched a new social enterprise café: B Social Deli and innovative workspace concepts with a £250,000 investment in Mallusk Enterprise Hub. A Business and Marketing Graduate of Ulster University, Emma is a mum of 2 boys, including a young teenage agricultural entrepreneur, who started his own business “Cooped up” aged 9 years. A keen volunteer, Emma regularly contributes to furthering the next generation of entrepreneurs, Judging the Company Award for Young Enterprise NI, she also works as an active Mentor for organisations in the third sector and sits as a Board member of Antrim and Newtownabbey Labour Market Partnership.
Charlotte is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Advisor and a Founding Partner in Gray + Press Accountants, a firm based in Belfast specialising in fast growth businesses. After university Charlotte’s time with PwC’s Assurance and Business Advisory Team took her from Belfast to London and Sydney, working on clients ranging from Owner Managed Businesses to Multinational listed PLC’s. On returning home Charlotte combined advising companies on a wide range of taxation issues, from start-up to exit with working as a CFO of a large portfolio business. Clients choose Charlotte because she understands all aspects of the deal as she has raised funds for founders, provided insights to investors and negotiated values on exits for family owned businesses. While working with fast growth businesses is extremely rewarding for Charlotte her passion is to work with, promote and empower women. Charlotte is Chair for Women in Tax NI Committee and a mentor for Women in Business NI. She continually strives to bring females together and her firm Gray + Press was recently recognised by Timely as being a leading firm for inclusivity within the workplace.
Grace Stewart is a nurse by background holding a duel qualification in both Adult and Childrens Nursing and is a specialist practitioner in palliative care. Grace worked for 10 years in the Belfast Trust before joining Northern Ireland Childrens Hospice when it opened back in 2021. Childrens palliative care is her passion. Over the time in childrens hospice she has influenced practice not just in the regional service but at a strategic level for the regional, working in partnership with Trusts to enhance palliative care service for children under 18 years of age. Grace is a Mum of two girls, enjoys walking and reading when there is time.
