Jenna is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland and is currently Finance Director at Whiterock. Jenna has been with Whiterock since incorporation having previously held a number of roles within the business. Jenna has over 12 years’ experience in all aspects of fund management including sourcing and executing investment opportunities, performing financial due diligence and preparation of Fund reporting requirements. Before joining Whiterock Jenna spent 5 years at KPMG where she managed the audits of a varied range of SMEs and large international companies in NI, GB and ROI.

Investment Manager Sian is a Chartered Accountant with over 18 years’ experience in corporate finance practice, corporate banking and transaction services. Sian joined CFM in 2021following a year in industry with Survitec Group Financial Planning & Analysis team where she was responsible for developing the five year business plan for the Group. Prior to this Sian spent 5 years with BDO where she specialised in Corporate Finance and has built up considerable transactional experience across a range of transactions and sectors including acquisitions, disposals, fundraisings and refinancing. Sian has a LLB (Hons) in Law and Accountancy from Queens University and is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, having trained with PwC in Belfast.

Sue Barnard – Senior Investment Manager – Nations & Regions Investment Funds at British Business Bank Responsible for the NW of England & Northern Ireland Plays a key role in the delivery of the nations and regions investment funds which is a collective £1.6bn investment fund created to drive economic growth and local opportunities for new and growing businesses from across the UK. All sectors can benefit from the business loans and equity finance available, regardless of the economic conditions. Key achievements have included: Hosted the launch of the £404m Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund which involved over 200 influential decisions makers, ministers and Senior Management of the British Business Bank. Secured and directed the first Venturefest Manchester showcase for 2014/2015 & 2016 working in partnership with Innovate UK and key stakeholders from across the UK. Secured the 2013/14 GM £10m Digital, Creative Media Launchpad working in partnership with the Technology Strategy Board/Innovate UK. Directly managed “Manufacturing Matters North West 2013 & 2014 with limited resources, the events secured regional & national PR and TV coverage. Supported and played an active role in the promotion and delivery of the North West Fund working with EIB, ERDF & fund managers to ensure effective role out of the programme before the abolishment of the Regional Development Agencies. Development, delivery and promotion of over £5 million of grant funding in support of investor development projects utilising deminimis funding during 2009 which led to 644 new jobs created and 721 safeguarded jobs with a capital expenditure programme of over £27m across the North West. Led on developing projects directly with companies that attracted foreign direct investment into the region, projects included Gyrodata Inc, Bank of New York, Milliken, Vauxhall & Pilkington’s Glass. Received approval for over £20 million grant projects covering all sectors and across the North West during 2005 – 2008
