Together, they co-founded Insula Wellbeing to create a private mental health service that bridges gaps in traditional support. Their services include private therapy for individuals at their welcoming wellbeing hub in Bangor and unique on-site wellbeing clinics tailored for workplaces. These clinics offer accessible, proactive support for all employees, ensuring wellbeing is prioritised at every level. Recently, their innovative work earned them the prestigious Bangor Business Award for Health and Wellbeing Business of the Year.
