Ethnically Diverse Women’s Network

We are delighted to launch the Ethnically Diverse Women’s Network in collaboration with Diversity Mark with supporting partners MRANI. 

The purpose of this network is to provide a welcoming space for women from diverse ethnic backgrounds to come together in a relaxed and informal environment to grow their connections, discuss and explore common challenges and enable valuable community building.

• Ethnically Diverse Women’s Network committee members Adriana Morvaiova, DEI Specialist at Sensata Technologies and Diane Davis, Director of Programmes at MRANI on why they believe we need a network for women from the minority ethnic community in Northern Ireland. They will also explain why they have volunteered to be involved in helping the WIB Group to shape and develop this network.

• Diane Davis will talk to us about MRANI – the first Minority Recognition Awards in NI.  MRANI is a not-for-profit organisation engaged in showcasing the minority ethnic talents and contribution to our economy whilst bringing together the whole community.

• This will be followed by facilitated networking to enable and encourage attendees to expand their network - with some light bites and refreshments to be provided!
