Clinton Leadership Institute at Queen’s University Belfast, Joanne designed & facilitated leadership development and coaching programmes, including “Grit & Grace”, benefiting over 200 women. With over 15 years of industry experience, Jules is an expert in people management, customer service, and Customer Relationship Management. In her 8-year tenure in business consulting, Jules has focused on Leadership Development, Team Improvement, and Strategic Planning.

Louise is an IT professional with over 30 years' experience in IT and telecommunications and is the owner of Desktop Genie which provides IT consultancy and business solutions. Louise provides a range of specliast IT Training including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, MS Project and marketing through Twitter and LinkedIn training. She is an Accredited Microsoft Master Instructor and an accredited ECDL and Advanced ECDL Tester.

Having been actively engaged in the field of learning and development for over 20 years, Sandra is a highly professional and experienced Learning & Development Consultant who co-ordinates and project manages learning solutions to support the wider business strategy of her clients. She works across sectors and industries both locally in Northern Ireland and globally including global delivery of female development programmes.
