Module 1: The Foundations of Effective Communication
Understand the foundations of effective communication, innovative thinking and psychological strategy. We will start the morning you will:

A. Understand the pyschology of impactful communication.
B. Learn the importance of clear and concise messaging
c. Receive the verbal and non-verbal communication essentials
D. Build trust through transparent communication
E. Get practical strategies for better communication
 
Module 2: Building meaningful relationships
The better the communication, the stronger the relationship. Build meaningful relationships and create lasting connection through your communication, wherever you go, whether it be at events, in work or at home. During this part of the morning you will learn more about:

A. Empathy and understanding in communication
B. Verbal & non-verbal reactions
C. Active listening techniques
Module 3: Tailoring Your Message to Your Audience
The world we operate in is volatile, uncertain, complex and uncertain. Discover the power of diverse thinking as a strategic advantage, understand differences in thinking and learn how to adapt your communication style to increase team productivity. During this part of the morning you will learn how to:

A. Recognise diverse communication styles using Whole Brain® Thinking
B. Adapt communication to different personalities
C. Customise messages for varied stakeholders
Module 4: Vocalise your needs and advocate yourself
Whilst advocating for others can feel like a natural intuition, often individuals express that they feel a level of discomfort in advocating for themselves and their own needs. During the day you will receive the tools and techniques to use your voice with confidence and structure your challenges, asks and opportunities effectively.

A. Structuring messages for maximum impact
B. Using storytelling to convey information
C. Strategies for persuasive communication
Module 5: Setting Boundaries
Learning how to assertively have an honest conversation with others and clearly communicate boundaries while also preventing adverse effects on our relationships. Remove the fear and concerns over how we might say something by learning how to:

A. Establish and communicating clear boundaries
B. Handle poor behavior assertively
C. Use strategies for self-care and maintaining personal well-being
Module 6: Crucial Conversations- How can we talk about what really matters?
Learn how to not handle (even master) crucial conversations, step up to and effectively hold tough conversations about virtually any topic. 

A. Move from an adversarial to a collaborative approach in conflict resolution
B. Initiate and conduct skilled conversations leading to behavioural change
C. Identify and alter unproductive conversational habits from reaction to response
D. Conduct and survive difficult problem-solving discussions
